Looking for affordable products with free shipping? Look no further! All of our products come with free shipping, which takes 3-5 business days. The cost of the items covers both postage and product, so you can shop with confidence.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON JEWELLERY?

We operate a strict no return policy as per UK hygiene regulations on sale of  jewellery. However on the rare occasion that your item is damaged upon arrival or lost, please do get in touch so we can work out a solution.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON ORNAMENTS?

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Please drop us an email or use the contact me form should you want to discuss a custom design. All enquires welcome.

From the date of arrival, you have 14 working days to notify us that you want to return the product and another 14 working days to send the item to us.

To be eligible for a return if your item is damaged upon arrival, The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in original packaging.

We do not offer a refund if:

  • An item is damaged and you try to repair yourself or someone else repairs it

  • No longer want an item (for example because its the wrong size or colour) 

HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?

Jewellery

  • Store in a clean, dry place

  • Jewellery should be only out on after washing, applying make-up, hair spray, gels, lotions or perfume

  • Keep away from extreme temperatures and over-exposure to direct sunlight

  • Try not to wear whilst swimming or showering

  • Keep away from children and animals

Ornaments:

  • Gently wipe with a damp cloth or cotton swabs

  • Use a small, dry make-up brush or paintbrush to remove dust and debris from hard-to-reach places

  • Do NOT use any cleaning chemicals to clean your ornaments

  • Keep away from extreme heat

  • Do not place on heated surface

  • Do not submerge in water

  • Keep away from children and animals
